- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free phone consultation to plan for the project. My services are $50 per hour for the project. I can get a pretty close range of how long it will take by pictures and a clients goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the free consultation we will decide on the scope of the project, job parameters and what can be accomplished in the time the client has including how the space will be laid out. We will decide if any organizing items need to be purchased such as baskets and who will do that. I offer homework projects if the client wants to get a head start or is trying to keep to a certain budget. On project day we declutter, organize and and put everything in it's place. Sometimes I do it all without the client being involved on project day. That's up to each client.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client had downsized and all her stuff that didn't fit in the apartment was in a storage unit. We purged, sorted and organized until everything fit in her attic space. She was able to get rid of the storage unit and in a few months saved what she paid me for the eight hour job.
