Introduction: Superhuman University has one goal, to make a superhuman version of you. This program was created for those looking for a real way to lose weight, gain muscle, train their minds, and live longer. The program centers around The Rings of Wellbeing: Fitness, Food, Focus, & Future. Every week another aspect from each ring is added. This method is accessible right now by going to the website listed in the profile and signing up. You’ll get access to all the materials, the first two weeks of training and my story about where I started to where I am now. I recommend taking a few minutes to explore. We are providing something truly revolutionary when it comes to learning how to take care of your body, inside and out. Fitness Ring: The basis for this ring will always be resistance training. Most resistance training (weight training) will be done in person with myself or another coach. We’ve been training for years and know our way around the gym. We have a studio space or can meet at a gym near you. Along with resistance training, flexibility, cardio, body weight and resistance bands are integrated into the program. There are lots of videos that we made for you to do at home, in the park or anywhere you see fit. The secret to the body you want is having the right workouts, in the right order. Want a sneak peek? Sign up and access the first two weeks. Week two is when the real training starts! In the “Fitness” ring you can see all the physical focuses of the program. Food Ring: If you really want a physical change to your body then you need to understand what foods can keep you fit and which ones will harm you. Intermittent fasting is a huge part of the Food and Future rings. We base or food plan on a high fat, moderate protein, low carb approach. We will spend the first few weeks moving into ketosis by eating delicious healthy fats, cruciferous greens, and fatty proteins. We have over a dozen recipe videos that you can use to prepare your weekly meals. They are easy to make, easy to follow and delicious to eat. To be a superhuman version of yourself, you must understand your food and be able to make the right choices in the kitchen. Above all else, what foods, and when you eat, will determine your body composition. Don’t worry, we have a list of topic heading so you can learn about these foods! Focus Ring: This aspect of fitness can be easily overlooked, but not here! To ensure that physical gains are concrete, we discuss topics such as: Reading, Alcohol, Goals, Expanding Your Mind, Habits, and Meditation. There are many great book recommendations. The true affects of alcohol are discussed at great length here. Setting the right goals will ensure your physical fitness needs are met but also your desires for a better future. Perhaps personal, professional, or financial goals can be added to your list of endeavors. Meditating is a crucial part of mental health. We will add some to the physical aspect of training but there are meditations to do at home as well. The benefits are unimaginable. Future Ring: All the above can lead to a bright future with a new body and mind. To go a step further, we have topics to add to your weekly journey. We explore Sleep, Beliefs, Fasting, and creating a Secret Identity. This part is up to you to fill in. We will keep them as targets but there is no right answer to these questions. We will again focus on intermittent fasting here. Even if your goal is to gain muscle, fasting can help you control insulin levels which may be hindering your ability to augment your body composition.
