Rich Golze Real Estate Agent Realtor
About this pro
With Rich's experience in both mortgage lending and real estate, along with his exceptionally solid knowledge of the local RE market, lending practices, strong marketing and communication skills, and blue collar work ethic - I can think of no one any better prepared to represent me in either the sale or purchase of my home. I have completed three different business dealings with Rich including the sale of our Clark County, WA home last month. Rich was a true professional and pleasure to work with thru every step of preparing our home for listing, navigating us thru the process, consulting with us through the negotiations and supporting us through to the close of our sale. We would recommend having Rich represent you as a buyer or seller. He earned our 5 star rating.Jun 5, 2014
I have worked with Rich on both a personal and professional level. All of my interactions with him have been honest, transparent, and completely in my (or my clients') best interest. I have referred clients to him on a number of occasions, and I have only received good feedback from them. I recommend him without hesitation.Jun 3, 2014
Rich was an excellent agent. He listened to what I wanted and needed in a home and payed attention to detail. He was promptly available and responded to questions thoroughly and quickly. He offered his expertise about real estate plus he has mortgage loan experience as well so he was helpful in answering questions about the whole process of buying a house. He was honest and genuinely caring about my family. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and already have. He was available, fast, efficient and genuine and friendly. He was extremely informative. I have nothing negative to say about him. I was completely happy with his service!May 27, 2014
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing system is a little different than most brokers. I have a win win pricing system 5% if there are two brokers involved 3% if I sell the property myself 1% if the owner procures the buyer and we handle the paperwork for them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have to do continuing education for both my real estate broker license and my loan originators licenses. I am licensed as an originator in OR, WA and CA (Inactive). Real Estate I have Managing Broker Licenses in WA and OR.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was home from college and a friend suggested that I consider going to real estate school. I did and the rest is history.
