- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is a little different than most brokers. I have a win win pricing system 5% if there are two brokers involved 3% if I sell the property myself 1% if the owner procures the buyer and we handle the paperwork for them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to do continuing education for both my real estate broker license and my loan originators licenses. I am licensed as an originator in OR, WA and CA (Inactive). Real Estate I have Managing Broker Licenses in WA and OR.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was home from college and a friend suggested that I consider going to real estate school. I did and the rest is history.
