FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Experienced service for an affordable & honest price. I promise. I have worked in construction and atop roofs my entire professional career & became most interested in preventative roof care when I transitioned from working in the field to an internal operations position for the roofing company I worked for. Here I witness countless homeowners burdened with the cost of their roof replacement. Extending the life of your roof isnt in most roofing contractors best interest & certainly not their salesman working on commision. Roofcare is simply less profitable & for this reason homeowners are steered towards total roof replacement or overcharged for their roof cleanings. I have been correcting this one happy customer at a time since 2016. My customers appreciate the fair/honest quotes & experience they receive from start to finish!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the many ways I am able to charge my customers less for the same quality is that I handle all moving parts including sales. One of the things my customers appreciate is that most of the time I can accurately quote your project using a satelite imaging software called "Eagle View". I love meeting in person as well, but sometimes homeowners just want a bid without having to set time aside for multiple visits from contractors and with the Covid outbreak that has been a common request. About half of my past customers have had their project quoted this way and I have never needed to adjust the cost later on. This is because I am able to measure the project and recieve recent imaging of the roof as opposed to Google which updates every couple years or so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
