- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fully client-oriented. We recognize the customer's value of the goods or services and are focused on the benefits both for our permanent and new clients, that is why we always offer our clients discounts, flat rates, promo campaigns. We are always ready to discuss the terms and conditions of our services to meet the client's satisfaction and find the variant optimal for both parties to the transaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our managers send a message to our new client with terms of services of our company. And we choose the date and time the client prefers for services. We agree upon the dates, time, regularity of services, rates and all other issues. Then we schedule visit to the client according to agreed information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First of all, our workers has large experience both regarding cleaning services, and communication with clients. We have all certificates confirming our qualification.
