I waited a bit for this review because I wanted to wait and see how well our new roof held up in our Oregon weather. First off, High Preformance Homes is not the cheapest in town. But, here's what you get. We knew we needed a new roof, and we granted the salesman his pitch. He did a good job presenting how they only use the best quality materials, and why they're the best quality. Now, with our credit rating, we did qualify for free gutters along with it. Gutter offer will very per customer. The process of financing, going online getting everything worked out was a bit daunting, but we got through it. Just a day or two before the job, the materials were delivered. Actual roof work took a couple days. Last day being Friday. I told myself I'd call them the following Monday after work about the gutters. That Monday, after a little grocery shopping, we got home and BAM, new gutters were already installed. It was that quick. Within a couple days of our customer confirmation that the work was done, the inspector stopped by to give it a run though. What you get for the price is quality materials, quality labor, and the peice of mind in knowing it was all done right. Now we live on Oregon in a region of the valley that can get some strong winds, and heavy rain. So, far, it has preformed nicely. I'm very pleased with the gutter work in which some structural repair was done with it. So, all in all, we are very pleased.

Great service from start to finish. It was easy to go through the entire process. I felt no stress through any of the process and felt confident. The workers were respectful and worked hard the entire time. They communicated well and made sure my car was out of the garage before blocking it. The materials were placed out of the way, and I had no issues throughout the entire process. They inspected and resolved some minor issues inside the house promptly. I have had many bad experiences with contractors, but this was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anybody needing a new roof.
