Kurt took his time while at my house estimating the job, and talked me through several options, explaining the work without condescending (as several companies had when they discovered a female as sole homeowner). The bid was
competitive and I felt like there would be little to no surprises or add-ons on the day of tear off, and there were none.
The crew, lead by Jesus, were friendly, fast, professional, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up so well that there was no trampling of gardens or nails and other roofing items left behind. I highly recommend this company.

Of the 5 estimates and introductions into roofing my house, Kirk (owner and installer) provided a tremendous presentation at the time of our appointment. I chose him for his professionalism and knowledge of roofing, patience in answering all my questions and explaining all the steps from signing the contract through the completion of my roofing project. He provided all the important forms of certification, licensure and liability assurances, all up to date. I was provided multiple brochures and samples to make the best choice. All his crew showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the days. They were a wonderfully pleasant and respectful group, besides hard working. The quality of workmanship and roofing material used are excellent. Thanks Kirk and the IBEX crew for giving me peace of mind. I love my beautiful roof!

Before anything, you need to know I am cheap and difficult and I give 10 stars to Trent in his company!!
1. They have scheduled the estimate in 24 hours. 2. Trent inspected the sight and gave me the best possible deal, solution, and advice on what to do on my own to resolve some other HVAC issues. 3. During the inspection, Trent fixed some isolation issue on the roof, for free. (another contractor was asking $750 for that) 4. I have asked them If they can work between 10 am- 2 pm so they don’t bother anyone in the house.
Trent will get all my future work and recommendations. That is what I call customer service!!

Pricing is usually done on a per job basis. On average, roof replacements range from $250-$1000 per square (100 sq ft). On the lower end are simple asphalt composition roofs, on the high end are premium products on complicated roofs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at the customer house, go over a new roof folder that contains all our info and examples, answer all their questions, make a bid on hand for them, and keep in touch with them.
