Introduction: We started 15 years ago in the home remodeling business as installers, working with many of the largest companies in the greater Northwest. For us , quality work has always been of utmost importance, so when we felt that there were limitations being put on us regarding the amount of quality that we could provide we decided it was time to expand our business. This way we could provide a superior home improvement experience not only on the installation side but also on the customer service side. With the combination of these two ingredients we knew we could provide homeowners with the quality and peace of mind they deserve. Having installers as owners means that quality installation is our top priority. We enjoy working and helping customers make remodeling decisions easier, and helping them making their homes stand out in the neighborhood.

We are so pleased with our Koala-T Exteriors experience! A rep showed up at our door offering free roof inspections & estimates. It just so happened that we were in dire need for a new roof so I took him up on the free apt. I was impressed that the apt was same day. The rep who came to our house, Jarrett Rheaume, was very professional and friendly. He went over all the details and answered all our questions. Jarrett made the whole process easy and comfortable. We were blown away by the fact that our roof could be finished within the next week! And to top it all off, we are impressed by the 50 Year/lifetime warranty, which is transferable to new owners if we ever decide to sell. It was also a pleasure speaking with Dustin (owner) over the phone regarding our questions about financing. The group of guys who completed our new roof were respectful of our home and made sure to clean up all materials. They finished our roof in 2.5 days and it looks amazing! Also, we now have more roof vents which will make a huge difference in keeping our house the right temp. No more stressing about the roof for many years to come. They sell a quality product, explained it all well, and appear to have installed it well (I am not going up on my roof). The price was surprisingly affordable, and they explained the condition in a factual manner. Integrity and professionalism at a fair price.

I believe the way that the workmen and koala did our roof was great. It's not that often you can find a company and crew that does a job as quickly and effeciantly as koala. The install crew was 3 hours late for their start time which caused extra charges from the crew that was installing a new HVAC system.
