I had a small roofrepair that needed fixing. Small repairs can be difficult to find pros to fix but Gabe responded within an hour after I set up the job. He came out the next day and charged a reasonable price.
I’ll use him again in the future should my roof need repairing.

We recently had our home’s roof replaced with a standing seam metal roof by Gabriel and his team at Pro Roofer LLC, and the results truly exceeded our expectations.
From the first conversation to the final cleanup, Gabriel was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He communicated clearly throughout the entire project, showed up when he said he would, and made the process smooth and stress-free.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. Our new metal roof completely transformed the look of our home — it is absolutely beautiful. The lines are clean, the installation is precise, and the finish looks high-end and built to last. You can immediately tell this is quality work done by people who take pride in what they do.

Jeff was working away when I got home from an errand. He was easy to talk to. The job at my house was to clean the gutters, remove screens, do a few small repairs, and paint the gutter above the garage door. All beautifully executed. Then the rain came and a flood of water descended on my garden window. Jeff came back and cleared the downspouts again which fixed the problem. Then he explained to me why the downspouts on my house will continue to clog: because they have sharp corners where things get easily stuck. He pointed out the larger, curved spouts on my neighbors house. So, now I am ordering the better spouts and happy to be moving to a better system.

Greet myself, Learn the history of the roof, understand what the customer wants, go over options with the customer, present them with samples of the product, go over pricing and get the job scheduled and started.

I have been studying to become aware, understanding, concerning, and giving 100% attention and effort in making sure the customer is comfortable with my work.
