Jose at Pro Tech Roofing was fantastic to work with. I had an urgent skylight leak and he showed a ton of initiative getting out to see the problem quickly. When an opening came up earlier than expected, he didn’t just send a quick note—he texted, called, and even swung by after another job when I didn’t respond right away.
By coincidence, another roofing estimator arrived at the same time, and Jose was completely professional and respectful. The two even compared notes and discussed possible repair options. Both companies gave similar quotes, but Jose could start within days, while the other was booked four to five weeks out. I trusted my gut and went with Pro Tech—and I’m glad I did.
Despite a packed schedule, Jose came out within a few days and worked well into the evening to get my skylight flashing fixed. What we thought was TPO roofing turned out to be older PVC, which made the job trickier and longer than expected. But Jose stayed committed, completed the work beautifully, and honored his original quote.
I was really impressed by his work ethic, communication, and integrity. I’d absolutely call Pro Tech Roofing again if I have any roof issues in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The two largest variables regarding pricing for most roofing services are the square footage of your home (and thus, your roof), and the type of roofing material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment is set up to evaluate the roof with our roofing consultant.
The in-person appointment could take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour for larger homes. (Most of the time is spent assessing your roof and if need be inspecting the attic as well.)
After the assessment of the roof, we'll let you know your options and answer any questions.
We'll then be on our way and email you a proposal.
We also understand if you're not able to meet for an in-person estimate and are able to email you an estimate, no meeting required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of roofing professionals have years of experience and expertise in all aspects of roofing. We stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and use the best materials and techniques to ensure that your roof is built to last.
