  We can price either by the job, or time & materials. Service work is time and materials.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Try to find out what they want. what do they need to see? what type of alarm devices they prefer, etc. Questions.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  As a certified "Master Electrician, Low Voltage Specialty", I am the trainer.
