- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more hours of work you need, the less you pay! If you prefer a flat rate over an hourly rate, I'd be happy to quote you a fair flat price for different services offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I will send over a questionnaire that will gather the information needed to start. We will also schedule a video or phone call to discuss the work at length to ensure both parties are on the same page. Then, the work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an operations manager for 7 years, and currently work as a business management consultant for small businesses. With my work history, and the experience I've had navigating new programs, CRMs, and software for many different industries, I know how to adapt quickly and efficiently.
