Ruslana was extremely professional and prompt to respond to my inquiry. My couch needed a little love and it definitely received it. Not only is it completely clean and refreshed but also got rid of some of the pilling. Highly recommended!

Ruslana was a lifesaver! My dog urinated on our upholstered couch, and she was able to come the same day to help us salvage it.

She was upfront and honest about what she could and could not do, punctual and responsive. When she realized that most of our couch didn’t need much cleaning since it was pretty new she offered to not clean the rest of it for a discount - which we really appreciated!

10/10 would use her again.

Our couch looks amazing! Night and day difference🤩 Ruslana was quick, professional, communicative, and did a great job!
We wanted a protectant applied to our couch —because of our toddlers🤭 — and at the time she was out of it. So, she took the initiative and gave us other options. We decided to just have her clean the couch then come back and do it when she got the protectant back in stock — When she did get it in stock, she reached back out, and came back and did it (and did a quick touch up just before applying it🤩 Thank you Ruslana🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼)!
We will DEFINITELY use her again🥳🙏🏼
