- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to offer fair pricing and always provide the highest quality services. All my fees are up front and transparent so you know exactly what to expect. I guarantee all my work and will make sure it is up to standards. After you receive your full resolution photos they are yours to share, print, and enjoy forever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it come to weddings, we typically arrange a time to meet over a coffee to discuss the event, go over expectations, sample photos and styles, and get to know each other. We sign the contract and arrange a day for the pre-wedding/engagement shoot. About 3-4 weeks before the wedding I send you shot lists and nail down a schedule for the day. On the big day I show up at the time we set and photograph any preparations and all your wedding day events. 2-3 days after the wedding I send you a small sample of edited low resolution images for you to share until I finish the editing process on all your images. 30 days after the wedding I send you login information on my website where you can view and download all your full resolution images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been work as a freelance videographer and photographer for 8 years producing work across the world for a wide variety of companies. Shoes, portraits, documentaries, and commercials have all been the subject of my camera. More recently I have been focusing on wedding and engagement photography.
