I have been using Hawx PestControl for a couple of years. I was having issues with carpenter ants and earwigs when I took a tree down and called Hawx. Ever since that time, I have not had any issues regarding bugs entering my house. All of the service techs have been professional. Louis was the tech that recently came to the house. He gave a courtesy text prior to arriving and rang the doorbell to let me know he was there. He was timely, service was great, and he let me know when he was complete.

Ive always had great service from Hawx. I recently came back from vacation and was welcomed by hundred of dead flies in my house. Louis came over to assess the situation and treat key areas to ensure the situation is managed. Not only is it great to have peace of mind about pests, I also love how I can rely on Louis and fellow techs to be competent, professional, and friendly. Best part, no more flies!

Find this company was a blessing. I reached out to them in the late evening got a response quickly. The next morning I was seen and problem addressed. The technician Nick was very informative and professional. I am very happy with the cost,professionalism and promptness with my call. I am happy I signed up for the membership that I will be getting a visit every 3months and able to call with any issues prior to my next visit FOR FREE!!!! You can't beat that esp if you have a bad rodent problem in your neighborhood. Very good investment for a home owner.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each service comes with a re-service guarantee that creates peace-of-mind for each customer. We'll come back for free to re-service a property if any pest activity comes back.
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home and property that we need to treat. We provide discounts for bundling service plans together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to communicate openly with our customers about our service program and make sure they understand all the benefits tied to our plans. We'll send out the local service professionals on the initial visit to walk through these benefits and provide the customer with additional resources (i.e. like how to access their customer portal).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hawx prides itself in its training. We ensure all our techs are licensed, certified and educated so we can provide the best service. We hold frequent trainings and meetings to individually grow our technicians in knowledge and professionalism to make sure we deliver premium services. Our technicians receive compensation increases and bonuses based on continuing education and additional certifications they obtain.
