Introduction: I have over sixteen years experience as a successful Wisconsin Real Estate Broker and Notary Public Certified Signing Agent serving the Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago, Brown, Waupaca and Shawano Counties. I am an NNA background screened, Certified Signing Agent and am an NNA Trusted Enrollment Agent, completing over 3500 signings to date. For many years I concentrated my energies as a Real Estate Broker specializing in the listing and selling of REO properties, foreclosures and short sales. I learned a great deal in the real estate field through many years of hands on experience and education and have earned many designations including; A-REO, CRS, ABR and GRI. I am also a Professional Settlement Services Certified Debt Settlement Representative and am Advanced Evaluations and CitiMortgage Policies & Procedures Certified and pride myself on being very timely and professional. My Notary arsenal includes an HP Color LaserJet CP2025DN dual tray printer so all documents are printed on the correct size media. I also have available two Brother 7840W laser MFC machines, a Portable scanner for scanning anything up to legal size, a portable Canon printer, a laptop computer and a Canon CP800 photo printer to make quick identification copies when copies aren't available. I use an Android smartphone with a 10mp camera and built-in scanning software to quickly scan and e-mail on the go. Lastly, I have a network server, which comes in very handy if the need arises to access the closing docs at hand on my home computer for the purpose of re-printing a missed document or any document with a mistake!
