FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the roof, the materials being used, and the overall scope of the project. Every home is different, so we start with a free inspection to properly assess the roof and provide an accurate estimate. We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our estimates include the materials, labor, and cleanup so homeowners know exactly what to expect before the project begins. We’re always happy to explain the estimate in detail and walk homeowners through the options so they can choose the solution that fits their needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on making things easy for homeowners. First, we schedule a free roof inspection where we take a close look at the roof and document everything with photos. We check the shingles, flashing, ventilation, and overall condition of the roof. After the inspection, we explain exactly what we found and walk you through your options. If a replacement or repair is needed, we provide a clear and detailed estimate so you know exactly what the project will involve. Once everything is approved, we schedule the project, complete the installation with quality workmanship, and make sure the property is fully cleaned up afterward. At the end, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks great and that you’re completely satisfied with the work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My biggest advice is to hire someone who is transparent and willing to explain everything clearly. A good contractor should be able to show you photos of the roof, explain what they find during the inspection, and walk you through your options without pressure. Also make sure they are properly insured and experienced with the type of roofing system being installed. Getting a few estimates is always a good idea so you can compare the scope of work and materials being offered.
