Introduction: I offer the following services: malware and virus removal, PC repair and building, printer setup, network setup and maintenance. My passion became my career after I helped my friend in Ohio fix her computer in just a couple hours, sparing her a trip to the computer repair shop. She needs her computer for her job, and I was so excited to help her get back on her feet that I decided to do this full-time. I'm currently studying computer science at Lakeland College, which has inspired me to pursue a career fighting cyber crime. Let's start with you! My computer was slowing down and I was afraid I had a virus. I took it to the computer nerds at the big box store and they said I'd have to leave my computer for a few days and they would have to wipe it clean. My computer is my business. I can't leave it for days! Dave was able to help me in less than 2 hours! He diagnosed the problem, removed the malware, and even set me up with protection so I wouldn't have the problem in the future. I've been running smoothly ever since. I'm so grateful that I didn't lose time away from work, and I didn't lose files either!

I was experiencing problems booting my computer. Dave was able to fix the problem remotely as I live in the U.K. Within a matter of a few hours the problem was resolved satisfactory saving me having to take the computer to the p.c repair shop. I will definitely use his services again.

I had two computers that were very slow and not working very well. I gave David a call and he was able to look at them right away that day and I had them both back the following day. He cleaned up the hard drives, debugged and got rid of the nasty viruses that were causing the issues. Both computers never worked better!! he also recommended different things to do and not to do so as to prevent the same issues from happening again. Job well done. thanks

David did a great job getting my new lap top set up along with programming the applications on it that I needed and wanted. This was all done in a very timely manor. He was extremely helpful over the phone after I got a few viruses in the computer after trying to load a program. He was able to direct me over the phone on to run the appropriate scan and to delete the Trojans.

I had a professor tell me to download conversion software for the Audacity App which basically changed all the settings on the computer and wasn't allowing me to get to the internet. Not only did Dave fix this in a very timely manner (when I told him I did not need it for a couple of weeks he had it done in about a day!), but he also updated a lot of my antivirus software, and took the time to educate me on what I can do to not have this happen again. He then took the time to run speed tests on my computer to show me that my wifi connector was very slow, and he wrote down a quick fix for me. I will be going to Dave for all of my computer issues from now on. He is a wonderful person to work with, and I couldn't be happier with how my computer is working right now. Talk about flexibility, practicality, and understanding! Dave was awesome.
