all hourly rates and specialty work costs are negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
find out what the customer's expectations are, how quickly they need the work completed and when they would like me to work. Documenting the agreement and negotiating any fees for specialty work. I want to make sure that there are no surprises for either party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in commercial cleaning including carpet and upholstery cleaning and post construction clean up of large scale public use buildings. I have 30 years experience in residential cleaning, Jobs ranged in size from small apartments to large 4+ bedroom estates. No job is too large or small.
