- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free consultations at the appointment. If you are a senior or veteran, you will receive a $500 discount on a full roof replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to meet with you first and let you know how long the appointment will go. For roof appointments, you can expect us to be there from 60-90 minutes. Next, we will sit down with you and discuss your specific needs to better understand how we can help. Then we will do a thorough inspection (ex. Get photos, and even make a short video to bring the roof down to you!). Fourth, we will demo our products and then give you the estimate on the spot. We then will present affordable payment options for your roof system package. Timelines and scheduling would follow so you know when to expect your new roof install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certainteed Master Craftsman which means that we are certified to give you extended warranties on your new roof.
