FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every AMK clean is custom quoted because no two homes are the same. We do not charge by the hour, so you never get a surprise bill at the end. Your flat rate is agreed on upfront, and that is what you pay. Period. First-time clients get $100 off their first service. We also have a referral program where you can earn up to $500 for sending friends and family our way. Getting a quote is free, and consultations can be done in person or over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free quote, either through our website or a quick phone call. From there we like to have a real conversation about your home, your priorities, and your cleaning pet peeves because everyone has them and we want to know yours before we ever show up. For recurring clients, we start with a top-to-bottom deep clean, so we are working from a clean baseline. Then your regular visits maintain that standard without ever starting from scratch. Once we get going, you will know exactly who is coming to your home and when. We leave a note after every visit, and our office team is always reachable Monday through Friday if anything comes up. We are not the kind of company where you send an email and hear nothing back for three days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our bonded and insured team goes through a thorough AMK training program before they ever set foot in a client's home. That covers everything from our top-to-bottom, left-to-right cleaning system to product safety, equipment care, client communication, and how to handle any situation that comes up on the job. We are also members of the Chippewa Valley Cleaning Association and the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association, and we stay current on industry best practices, sustainable cleaning methods, and product safety standards. Ashley, our founder, has over 12 years of hands-on cleaning experience and has built training systems based on what actually works in real homes, not just a generic checklist.
