FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee structure is divided into two parts for residential and commercial projects. 1. A flat fee of $150 for a two hour design consultation. 2 A retainer of $1800 is charged for residential projects. This is separate from the design consultation fee. The retainer represents preliminary work before completion and installation of the project. It includes deciphering the needs, wants and goals of the project, determining most efficient use of the space, develop floor plans using CAD drawings. and 3d presentation drawings, sourcing and budget. A retainer of $3,000 is charged for commercial projects for preliminary work. Large commercial projects (over 2,000 sq ft) the fee is per area. I work with the budget that the client presents during the design consultation process.
