I had an amazing experience with BIGO Construction! I originally contacted them because I had a water leak in my roof, and they responded immediately. They worked around my availability and theirs and were able to send someone out right away to take care of the problem.
While inspecting my roof, they discovered that it had significant deterioration and was simply old, so I ended up needing a complete roof replacement. From beginning to end, the entire process was handled professionally and responsibly.
They use high-quality materials and take the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that they gave me different options, brought color samples, explained what materials they would be using, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were very attentive, hardworking, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way.
The customer service was excellent, and I truly felt like they cared about doing the job correctly. It has now been about six years since my roof was replaced, and I have not had any problems with it!
I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience. I would absolutely recommend BIGO Construction to my friends and family, and I would use them again without hesitation. Thank you for the amazing work and excellent customer service!
