Wednesday.... the roof is leaking. Thursday....get estimates and become unhappy. Complain about it a bit. Get a text from a friend/employee saying he knows someone. I get an estimate I thought was reasonable and they will be here Monday. Friday.... rain doom and gloom coming. Get a call and Roofing guys are going to show up with an army to get my roof done in one day on Saturday and beat the weather!! TODAY... 2 spots the plywood was replaced, new cap venting, new drip edge, roof torn completely off to the wood... new limited lifetime warranty shingles installed and mess all cleaned up BOOM! And they did a terrific job!! No one stopped all day. A+++ for Advanced Contracting!! Bonus... they removed and reinstalled our office satellite and Direct TV and they work!!
