- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the actual scope of work—nothing more, nothing less. We don’t charge surprise fees, and we’re happy to give estimates after a quick walk-through or detailed photos. Bigger projects or bundled services (like multiple rooms painted or drywall + paint combined) may qualify for a discount. We always aim to be fair and flexible where we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand what you need, then either schedule an in-person estimate or ask for photos (depending on the job). Once we understand the details, we’ll provide a quote and go over timelines. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll get you on the schedule and stay in touch from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve got years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial repair work, and we’ve trained under seasoned pros in drywall repair, finishing, skim coating, interior/exterior painting, and plaster restoration. We know the ins and outs of how to prep surfaces correctly and leave a finish that lasts.
