I moved to the area and a crew helped with an unload in a moving trailer. Everything was great!! Amazing communication and the crew were amazing!!
I received a quick response to my original query and to follow up questions. The movers made quick work of my task - and were pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

I made arrangements with Dametrius, the owner to come and move three items to the next room for me on 12/12 20. I chose him because he only had two jobs to his credit and I thought this would be an easy way to get a small business owner a boost because its what a decent human does. Bad plan. Dametrius had the audacity to email me 5 minutes prior to arrival time to let know he "pulled a muscle in his back" and needed to cancel. Does he not have the proper safety equipment? He would not send his other guys, he claims 4 employees. So he left me with the room empty except for the things the mover with the bad back was to move! What an @sshat. So I looked at his public record, suprise suprise! I personally would not let this man drive away in a truck with all my possessions it it!...but thats just me.

well we try to get as much information that's needed to schedule and quote the Job examples are names, address,new address how many rooms dates of services needed contact information such as phone, email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing moving services for other companies for years. I was trained to move houses , apartments, storage units and to load and unload trucks properly with straps , padding and tape add shrink wrap for another layer of protection .
