Brandon took the time to learn about me, my health status, my exercise experience, and then developed a functional training plan for me based on it all. I loved having him a personal trainer because he displayed his passion for the profession every time I trained with him. Got amazing results, all by gaining more knowledge (and through application) on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management, all because of him! He will make you work for what you want, but that’s how it should be. Thank you, Brandon, for the experience and for making me realize that fitness is my passion.Jan 1, 2021PrePost Performance and Fitness's reply

Brandon is very knowledgeable about training techniques and nutrition. For the past 2 years, he has helped me reach my goals safely and has kept me accountable and motivated. The gym workout and healthy eating habits are now lifelong expectations I have for myself. I appreciate that he has taught me the most current concepts of nutrition and is there to correct my form to prevent injury. He does have a reputation for being a tough trainer but that is one of the things that makes him so good. If you want to be the best then work with the best.Nov 10, 2020

This business was built on a vision. The vision is to bring high quality locally-grown food to the population through meals prepped from Wisconsin farms. These meals are centered around optimal nutrition from whole food sources. The quality is high seeing that it is from local sources, which enhances the nutrition. The price can't be outmatched for what you are getting. All prepped in WI.Nov 29, 2020

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?More often you have a session per week the more of a discount. Can be as low as $40 a session. Referring new clients to me for an assessment and then when/if they sign up the current client will gain a free session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Assess their beginning point, goals, barriers that may keep them from reaching their goals, program overview, nutrition overview, physical assessment and starting measurements. First session after that will be construction of the program based on the assessment and food logs. Progressions for each exercise will be added when necessary.
