- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is commensurate with the duration & scope of the activity. If the activity lasts for one day our price ranges from $1000.00 to $1250.00 per day plus any out of pocket expense at cost. If the activity lasts for one year our price is adjusted accordingly down to $11,000.00 per month plus any outside expenses. If the activity is a new product and we absorb a fraction of development costs the price would be negotiated depending on numerous outside factors that may influence the overall outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically work with new customers on an advance .. the amount of that advance is dependent on the work scope. If the project is small, less than 1 day, we will send an invoice following the completion of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have a BSc in Applied Science with several decades of engineering product design and application experience with electric machines and controls for industry with specializations in vehicle electrification. My experience also includes measurement, instrumentation, and software development, along with infrastructure changes to accommodate test & development. I am also a candidate for DSc and will complete this degree in Health Science this year. My specialty is measurement and characterization of the effects of walking, running, and jumping for improved human performance, weight loss, and overall fitness. I have lead numerous academic clinical studies since 2000 utilizing ambulatory instrumentation on running and walking subjects to improve overall performance and prevent injury. Equalis consists of a staff of 4 in addition to myself .. Combined we are terminal degreed engineers with 100 years of experience in computer science, mechanical and electrical engineering.
