Zach was great to work with on our remodeledbasement. He provided a detailed quote, his price was very fair, he was flexible and he made some excellent suggestions. We started the entire process, from bid on, in late January, and our basement was finished last week. It would have been done two weeks earlier except for a delay in the arrival of our flooring. We have already discussed him returning to do some more work next winter. We highly recommend him!

Zach is a phenomenal contractor! To start, he was responsive, proactive, thorough and followed up quickly with concise direction. He walked us through the process to finish our basement from start to finish. He adapted quickly to changes we wanted to make and provided a great value. He ensured everything that was outsourced was done reliable and per code. He also timed the inspections perfectly and was able to finish our basement under budget and under the timeline we had requested. I can’t endorse Zach and his quality of work enough! Zach did a wonderful job on my basementfinishing project. He was very organized, professional and communicative throughout the entire project! He would send me weekly (sometimes daily) updates on the project. He also helped me design my space to fit my needs. I highly recommend Zack for any and all projects.
Zach will be back to finish the last section of my basement when I’m ready!!!!

Zach did an excellent job on refinishing our basement. He worked with us from the beginning on identifying what we wanted and then provided suggestions on how we could make that happen. He was very thorough in providing and keeping to the timeline, and the few occasions where there was a short delay he communicated that information. Our bathroom floor wasn’t installed properly and was a warped mess. ZNC pulled it all up, fixed the subfloor, leveled it properly and put down new vinyl planks and new trim, and I love it, what an improvement!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any customer we like to meet and discuss all ideas that the customer may have or to answer any questions to help create the full idea of every project. We then will provide them with a fully realized design for their space and possibly additional design options we could add that would elevate their space to the next level. With that design we would also then bring our quotes so that we can answer any questions about the numbers and work to bring the project to our customers comfort area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Zach Chekouras) have roughly 15 years in multiple different areas of construction from installing, designing, estimating, and project management. This allows a full service feel to each and every project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers of all ages, backgrounds, design tastes, and budget levels.
