Introduction: I'm often told that I'm more personable and easier to work with than other tech professionals. I know my stuff, but I don't ever pretend to know EVERYTHING, and I never make clients feel stupid for not knowing something. I make it a point not to rush or get impatient, and it's very important to me that my client knows exactly what I'm doing and why. I really enjoy fixing things; there's an incredible satisfaction that comes from making something useful out of something broken. I like to work with computer hardware, love to tinker, build, and upgrade. Designing a system that can do a job for someone is very satisfying, as is that "ah-ha!" moment that clients sometimes get when they realize that something is easier or faster or better than it used to be. Their eyes just light up.

    I have three labor rates: $55/hr in the shop or via remote $65/hr on-site $75/hr commercial on-site I do not have a minimum charge or a trip fee.
