Tom was very helpful in getting my computer back up and running......he kept me informed on what was going on with my laptop and what he was doing to correct the problems. definitely would recommend him and will go back to him if i run into anymore problems.

Our PC is 6 years old and had slowed down considerably with frequent error messages. Tom came to our home so that we could explain what we needed, and he clearly described how he would reinstall the software to improve performance. He completed the job in just two days and then made sure everything was up and running when he returned the computer to us. His price was quite reasonable. We are very pleased with the job.
