Visit my Client and their person in advance of the assignment to learn special needs, personality traits including individual quirks/fears/dislikes and special likes, whereabouts of supplies, layout of the residence and whether there are any restrictions, emergency contact information, and important pieces of information this care provider must have for this very special Client. We will also agree on pricing and method of payment
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How best to accommodate the change for each particular Client, provide the most comfort, what are potential emergencies with this Client, and is a preplanned or flexible schedule of care preferred.
