Aleks was fantastic. He arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. He replaced 2 exterior door systems. He offered to do the work the same day. Aleks was very professional. The doors I purchased were not the same depth as the door frame and Aleks took a trip to purchase the needed door jamb extension kits to finish the job. He also purchased an additional bottom trim board to close a gap that was created during the new door installs. Resourceful, tidy, professional. Highly recommend. Will hire again.

Dave responded quickly. He offered an (very reasonable/affordable) estimate and then a time to come over and take a look at the project. At that time, he patiently answered questions I had about the kind of door I might order for the space and recommended a simple affordable screen door that fit what I was desbribing, that he had just installed elsewhere. I confidently ordered both doors and hired him to install an interior and screen door, and put the existing pad lock, and brass knocker from our old door, on the new. We communicated a few times before the door arrived confirming possible times we could plan for install. When it was go time, Dave arrived and got right to work. Not only did he work very efficiently and with great attention to detail, he also gave us helpful heads up, like reminding us that we'll need a lower pile carpet because our door no longer has gap under it and before he installed our new door knob, he reminded us that we could order a two pack and use one key for both front and back. He'll be coming back for a final detail under the door by the porch soon. Dave was affordable, very communicative, kind, incredibly helpful, respectful and reliable, with a keen eye for detail (old house, a few quirks). We are so pleased with how it turned out and glad for the opporutnity to recommend him for your project!

It’s not fair that I can only choose three highlights because Vini was also incredibly punctual and provided great value!! He’s an absolute wizard when it comes to interior door hanging. We (foolishly) tried to replace our interior doors ourselves and they were all kinds of wonky. Vini came and fixed up 4 of our doors so quickly and it’s honestly magic how well they close now. He was very polite and respectful of our house, and even vacuumed and stored excess material in our basement. 10/10 experience, looking forward to Vini helping us with our next project!

Manuel is a very nice person and professional. In the middle of COVID-19, he wore a mask the entire time and kept everything clean. Although it could be inconvenient, he kept himself outside as much as possible while fixing my exterior door. After his job was done, he left me some cleaning tools for free so I can maintain the door in the future. Definitely recommend.

Aleks came on time as promised. He came to give me an estimate on a patio door that was opening and closing with resistance. Of course, as Murphy’s law would have it the door seemed to be working fine when inspected it. He just put some WD-40 on it and it seems to be working OK. So he did not charge me. I have his card now and will use him in the future if I need him.

From entry door installation and repair, closet door replacement, wood floor gap filling, and exterior light installation, it’s clear that he has a very wide range of skills. He was precise (I have high standards) and conscientious (he contained the noise as much as he could for my young daughter and took his shoes off in the house). I needed 4 doors hung in a basement reno I am completing on my own and I wanted them done correctly. Phil Connors was on time, communicative and did a good job hanging 4 pre-hung doors in the janky framing I put up. I will be bringing him back to do some custom shelf construction for a sit on top sink in a bathroom. He prefers not use telephone communication; he texts or emails, however, he responds to email quickly, within 24 hours. I would recommend Phil for your next carpentry project
