- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to take each job on a case by case basis estimating the time and materials required based on my own efficient working methods developed over my 20 yrs of life experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet each customer before taking a job to ensure our personalities are a good fit. I also take the opportunity to help explain any discrepancies that may arise when analyzing each unique situation so we both have realistic expectations moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a great variety of life experience acquired by feeding my curiosity to know the inner workings of all things mechanical and electrical. I have an associate degree in electronics which helps me grasp the inner workings of today's fast paced developements in all areas of home and appliance maintenance. As a home owner for the past 12 yrs I also know how important it is to fix issues right before they become major projects and headaches.
