- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically the work I do as for individuals/buyers in the process of purchasing real estate. I also work with sellers that are preparing their home to be put on the real estate market. In addition, inspections are done for clients that have purchased a newly constructed home at the 11 month mark for warranty work as well as individuals dealing with insurance claims.
