Recurring cleanings are the most common jobs that I do. Bi-weekly has always been the most popular frequency, especially in households with children, pets, and working parents. Monthly cleanings are ideal for those with a less active household such as retired people who just need a good run through once a month. Weekly cleanings are great for anyone of course, but typically I have done a lot of these for people who are trying to market their homes for sale, it keeps up on the cleaning and maintains, so the homeowner can tidy up in a moment's notice for potential buyers. I am also great at offering staging advice in these situations. Recently, I added in vacation rental cleaning and really enjoy this type of cleaning project. I love transforming spaces into welcoming and comfortable environments.
