Wow. I wasn't sure what to expect from this company, but they had so many positive reviews that it would have been silly to go with anyone else. I'm so glad I hired them--they do amazing work, quickly, and at a good price. What more could you ask for? The crew is respectful, thorough, and pleasant. The first deep clean they did was outstanding! I kept telling my husband, "they even cleaned this! They even dusted that!" The detailed work is so much appreciated. The products they use aren't strong smelling. They are mindful of our three kitties and help clean up their messes. The crew is punctual (even early once--I was contacted and asked if that was okay) and arrive with an array of tools and equipment to take care of any issue they find. Previous companies have asked me to move and put away a lot of things like knickknacks. I don't mind doing some picking up--clearing the floors, the kitchen counters, etc--but part of the reason I need cleaners is because I'm disabled, so having to move everything defeats the purpose of the help. This crew will either move things (and put them back) or work around them. I'm talking small things, like plants and knickknacks and stuff on the bathroom counter, not furniture. (But they might if you asked?) The only small "ding" I would give them is for communication. I didn't get any information before my first clean about how much it would cost (because they needed to see the place first) and how to pay. I ended up texting the person who asked if the crew could come early, as they seemed like perhaps an office manager type. I've had to reach out repeatedly to get future dates scheduled, (this was during the holidays as well, so that might have been why) but I eventually get a response (and usually an apology). Their work is so amazing, I'm willing to deal with a little administrative hiccup to have my house as clean as it is when these cleaners are done! Two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Three cats, carpeting and laminate flooring. Two or three women come each time. The first deep clean took about 2 1/2 hours and cost $210 without tip. Future cleanings (about every four weeks) take between an hour and an hour-and-a-half and cost $180 without tip.

I had never had my house cleaned before, but we moved into a new house with new jobs and we have 2 kids and it just got to the point that we needed to hit the reset button. EGR quoted me in 10 min on a Sunday morning, came the following Thursday and my house looks amazing. Like hotel amazing. Like my toilet paper edges are folded and my tissue were fancy folded in the box and my kids stuffed animals were arranged all cute in the bed. I will probably be having them over again. Well worth the money.

Amazing experience! This is the first time I had cleaning service but they did such a wonderful job. The cleaned appliances and even washed the kitchen sink completely! I’m so grateful! So worth the money!!! My house is squeaky clean!!!!

EGR Cleaning did an AMAZING job on a move in cleaning of my entire house. The sellers left it very dirty but when I arrived on move in day it was spotless because EGR deep cleaned everything. Hire them and you will be so thankful you did, they are the best!
