Chris was exceptionally professional, he clearly described the scope of work to be done and even suggested cost saving options for the kitchen design. I had an appointment for an estimate, and he didn't show up, and didn't call. When I called after a half an hour I was told that there was some scheduling issue due to weather. I then rescheduled appointment, and they didn't show and didn't call. I rearranged my schedule and waited over an hour with no communication whatsoever.
