Ken is a very experienced, capable painter. We are having him paint the entire interior of the house we recently bought. His prices are reasonable and he has been very flexible in that the paint job overlapped with our move-in, and two rooms need to be deferred for some remodeling, etc. We especially like that he quoted on a room-by-room basis, after coming out to view and discuss the proposed work. He's also a nice guy and pleasant to work with. As an aside, we bought (most) of the paint, having had a lot of difficulty deciding on colors, and Ken let us use his contractor's discount at the paint store.

Ken painted the whole interior of our house and we were very pleased with the results. He was punctual, friendly and professional. His price was very reasonable. He worked quickly and neatly; he never left a mess. We would definitely use him again for future projects.

I can highly recommend Old Tyme Interior Painting and Wallpaper Removal. Ken is a true professional who takes a craftsman's pride in his work and does the job right until it is well and properly done. It is a big decision to trust your home with someone and you couldn't be in better hands with Ken. The first day ( and every day ) he put down tarp anywhere he would be walking& at the end of every session broom swept & cleaned the area ( perhaps even cleaner than when he came!). I appreciated his frequent updates on the project status, and his polite& respectful consultations if there was a choice about how to proceed with some aspect of the project. I especially appreciated his being willing to talk to me about the project ( never condescending!) as my husband was out of town for part of the work. Single parents or families with kids, ( or anybody) this is the guy for you. He does the work himself, and you need not worry about loud music, messy work spaces, profanity, or feeling uncomfortable in any way. Ken is a family man and a class act. And the work looks exceptional! My husband is happy, I'm happy, the house looks great. Ken's work is worth every penny & well worth taking the time to get an in-person quote. You won't be disappointed.

Ken took on a very big paint and plaster repair job at my house. After a month, im sure he was starting to feel he lived there. I’m very happy with the final product. Ken was open to my comments and handled any issues I pointed out promptly. He was pleasant to work with and even tolerated my whining dog without complaint. As my schedule was messed up by the flooring company I hired, Ken has offered to return to touch up any repairs needed from the flooring refinishing and moving furniture. I’m planning to use him again in the future. Highly recommend.
