We were working with Tanya to renovate our kitchen & porch. We wanted new flooring, back splash, counter tops, lighting & paint, adding wood flooring to our porch. She was very helpful in picking out & coordinating all of them. The renovation started the Mon after Thanksgiving & was completed the week of Christmas. We couldn't have been more pleased. She coordinated all the workers (electrical, plumbing, tile, counter tops, wood flooring, dry wall) and all of them were very professional, trustworthy, and did excellent work. Tanya did all the painting & removal of wall paper and did an excellent job. This is the second time we have had Tanya complete a renovation in our house and we would not hesitate to hire her again.
Ron and his team were professional. He walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. They completed the job on time and the workers left the area clean. The completed wall is beautiful. Will use him in the future for other projects.
Frank did a drywall patch, trim repair, and interior paint project for us. He did a great job! Very professional, respectful, and high quality work. Thank you, Frank!
I needed a pony wall removed and then the drywall patched and the texture (which wasn't a simple texture) matched. Brian did a great job and you can't even tell where the wall was. He also move an outlet that was located in the wall. Because it required different layers of mud it took a couple of days to allow for dry time but that wasn't unexpected. Brian was willing to make any change I suggested and still finished on time.
Excellence, in all phases and aspects of the project, is the approach and standard that the A-Team exhibited from the outset, and consistently maintained, from evaluation through project completion, and follow up. Evaluation, Project Planning and Ongoing Communication We called A team (after unsuccessful attempts with two other companies) to address a roof leak on the attached porch, due to lack of flashing, when the porch was added on to the house. (One company told us this could not be fixed without replacing the entire siding with vinyl). A Team very promptly scheduled Chad to evaluate the issue. He was prompt, thorough, communicative, practical and very competent in analyzing that issue. He also noted some other areas of the roof needing work. But, he also suggested that before deciding on any of the work, we contact our insurance adjuster to assess some apparent hail damage (from last years' storm). We did. That resulted (the same day) in approval of an entire replacement of the roof, gutters and downspouts. Chad returned, at our request, to be present for the insurance adjuster's inspection, and met with us and the adjuster to discuss options and plans for the project. He was very helpful and constructive in that discussion too. The detailed work plan was approved and the insurance deposit check was issued at the end of that meeting. Soon after, Chad met with us to help pick out the new shingle and gutter/downspout colors, and start the scheduling. Scheduling and Project Completion The A Team office staff (and Chad) were in frequent touch with us as to the start date (which ended up being moved up, not delayed). As promised, the entire roof was completed in a single day, despite the extra time needed to deal with not only the siding/flashing issue on the porch roof, but also further complications that came up relating to the porch roof decking and underside decorative celling. Aaron (who personally supervised the overall job and did the detailed custom work on the porch) met with us to discuss options and costs to address that issue. He came up with a lasting and economical approach that maintained the decorative porch ceiling. The A team roofers worked efficiently, and neatly, avoiding damage to shrubs and plants, minimizing clutter and doing a great job on clean up. The gutters and downspouts were similarly completed the next day. Finally, the A Team is assisting in a detailed explanation and documentation (requested by our insurance adjuster) of the above described added work and materials, that may bring a substantial portion of these additional costs within insurance coverage. Even it does not, it is clear to us that Aaron came up with a cost effective correction of a problem that could be discovered only in the process of the re-roofing. Conclusion A team Construction is animated by its commitment to excellence, in every single aspect and dimension its work. Not only would I use them again - I plan to, for a poured/stamped concrete patio project, next year
Ben painted a bedroom that we were converting into a guest room. He washed glue off the walls (wallpaper border and one wall had been on for 25 years, since before we owned the home). He did all the necessary patch work and texturing. He then applied two coats of paint to the ceiling, walls, and closet. He worked very efficiently but was also extremely careful meticulous. He went beyond our expectations, even removing paint from woodwork that had resulted from a "sloppy" job done years ago. The work had to be done on relatively short notice and within a short timeframe. Ben responded very quickly to our request for a quote, coming out the next evening. The quote was detailed and easy to understand. He completed the work well in advance of our deadline. The cost was very reasonable and matched up with what had been quoted. He was personable and a pleasure to work with. We we would definitely hire him again!
We were having a very difficult time trying to pick colors for our newly purchased condo. Built in the early 90's, it was full of "pickled" cabinets and woodwork! The walls were trended toward the salmon color which made the woodwork look PINK!! We called Rooted Interiors and Rachel was WONDERFUL. She brought her entire color sample wheel. With her help we were able to achieve a warm, rich environment in our new place. We love the color she chose for our great room so much that we also used it the the lower level were there was more " pickled" built-ins! It looks great! Her idea for our kitchen was also a winner. The cobbled brown was an excellent choice against the light cabinets, accented by caliente, a deep terracotta color on the window bays! Her ideas helped make our home warm and welcoming! We couldn't have been more pleased with her design and color assistance! She is friendly, helpful and extremely easy to work with. She listens to your thoughts and then expands on them to make everything mesh into a beautiful design. She will be helping us more on our future projects! Thanks, Rooted Interiors for a job well done!
We had Sweet Exteriors update our Master Bathroom by removing wallpaper, wall repair, painting, new tile floor, faucets for sinks and shower. The bathroom actually looks larger and has a great new feeling. They also did several other great jobs like our deck repair and stain, gutters, front porch railings, hallway bathroom. I highly recommend them. Seek them out, they are easy to work with and friendly. Thanks Sweet Exteriors.
