James and crew did an outstanding job remodeling our bathroom even as they encountered and conquered numerous obstacles in an ‘elderly’ house. I got regular updates from James and I especially appreciated his calls with solutions to the problem, not just the problem. He even waded in 1 foot of water in my basement to get the sump pump working when other pros would not. The shower door didn’t fit because of the slant of the old ceiling, yet they made it work. Huge shout out to Josh and Berto who can make things happen! I am very pleased with the result! Their comment? ‘We are happy that you are happy, thats all that matters’ . I highly recommend Gartmann for your renovation needs! No more pink bathtub!!

Poor communication after initial visit. Was told we would get an estimate but never received one. I Followed up with phone call, spoke with a woman and she didn’t know what was going on. James never returned my call or emailed me an estimate. Would NOT recommend
