About
My passion is to inspire and guide health-minded individuals to stay physically active, be resilient, and look & feel great at any age. I have extensive clinical experience including Athletic Training with the Badgers. I am a former Clinical Athletic Trainer at the UW Sports Rehabilitation Clinic. So, when necessary, I assist other health professionals in rehabilitating people suffering from back pain, chronic muscle tightness, instability due to poor balance, sports injuries, knee surgeries, as well as, health conditions such as MS, Parkinson's and diabetes. When you work with me you will get stronger, feel better, have more energy to do the things you want without pain, and age younger without getting hurt. **PEASE NOTE: I am only accepting new clients between the hours of 9:30 am and 2 pm.

Nike Loomis has been great, she is very knowledgeable about the human body. Some exercises she has giving me has helped with my back, knee and hip pains.

I have been working with Nike for several years. She has a background in non-clinical rehab that makes her able to create a workout for the individual. I have MS and she has continued to challenge me and adapt my workout week after week with my needs and ability in mind. I highly recommend her and appreciate her thought care!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Clients have an option of paying an ala cart rate of $95 for 1 session at a time, or opt for a discounted 10 session package program for $850.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a brief phone conversation with potential clients so that we can interview each other to see if we are a good fit. Once you determine that you want to work together, you will be scheduled for a 90 min initial evaluation session. All follow up training sessions will be for 60 min workouts.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a BS in Exercise Science and a Certificate in Athletic Training from UW Madison. I have extensive clinical experience in sports medicine including Athletic Training with the Badgers. During my clinical practice, I primarily focused on returning athletes back to sports. Because of this experience, it was easy to transition my skills from clinical to the fitness and wellness arena.
