I am Venus Washington, life coach, with a mobile fitness company that specializes in functional training, which helps tones individuals desired body parts, we can do this all at individuals' homes, or at desired locations.
I personalize each program for the client's needs. You go to the gym and have no clue on what to do, or if you are doing things properly. I educate clients so they can enjoy a fit lifestyle, and share it with their family.
