We saw Bath Planet in the mall and scheduled an appointment to get a quote for replacing our shower. Everyone I talked to was very friendly. The installers did great work and cleaned up when the install was done. I love my new Bath Planet shower! Thank you, TruHome!

Update- the owner did call me and came out and gave us an estimate for a new roof. Joe was very professional and apologized for his teams lack of professionalism. We had a good conversation and appreciated him taking the time to talk with us and give us an estimate when he was at our place. We have chosen to wait to have our roof replaced but will be giving him a call when we are ready to do. Thanks again Joe for all of your help and hard work in making things right.I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for a new roof, window for our garage and possibly adding a second bathroom. They were very friendly, set up an appointment to give us an estimate. Josh came and talked with us and said it shouldn't take long to get us an estimate. We didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so I called Josh. He said he would call us back the next day with some information. He had a family illness that had kept him from getting back with us. We didn't hear anything. A week later I called him back since we hadn't heard anything. I left a message on his voicemail. I called the business number and spoke with Derrick. He said he was waiting to talk with Josh and one of them would be in touch with us later that day or the next day for sure. It's now been over 3 weeks since Josh came to give us the estimate and we still have no estimate and have not heard from Josh or Derrick. Sad....they did work for my cousins a couple of years ago and they were both very happy with them. I was hoping to use them also
