Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. I get contacted mostly for lawn cutting, landscaping, gardening, and snow removal, house and pet sitting. But do not let this intimidate you as all services I provide I have done in the past as work, and for those that I have not, they are just common sense things and are done with professionalism.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. My advices is that you will not find another provider like me who offers as many services as I do, to get all of the services that I offer you would have to hire at least 4 to 6 different service providers to preform all of the services that my company offers.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out from others who do the same services but no one competitor offers as many different services as I do for clients. Furthermore because I have more reasonable rates then others and offer an hourly rate for those who are just looking for services to be provided only a few times or offer dicounted rates for those clients who wish to enter into a service for long term services.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy evrything about my job, ecspecially working with all of the different and wonderful clients that I meet with my job. I also get satisfaction from being able to offer my services to clients at a lower rate then my competitors do.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most frequently asked questions is what services do I all offer and what are my rates.
Services Offered: Personal Chef and Catering Services, Lawn care, Landscaping, Gardening, Snow Removal, Elder Care, House and Pet Sitting, Commercial and Residential Cleaning, and Errands. I also do Foreclosure, trash outs, Forclosure Sales Cleans, and Foreclosure, Landscaping.
Rates: My rates very per services, but on average all services can be done for $15.00 to $25.00 per hour or a flat fee depending on the job. Also offer discounted rates for clients who are willing to enterinto a service argeement for long term services.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. When it comes to gardening and wether it is dealing with a flower or vegetable garden it is easier then most people think, and is not all that time comsuming if simple steps are followed.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. The reason I got into my line of work is due to being unemployed at one point and time for almost 3 years, and being dead broke and no means to support myself due to being unable to claim unemployemnt benefits, and due to the poor economy.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes I make it a habbit to subscribe to magazines that are geared towards my services that I offer as well as research the internet regularly, and looking into joining different trade organizations soon.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. Because I offer several different services I can not chare one basic hourly fee or one flat rate. So what I do is charge by the hour for what service I provide if it is only needing to be done short term, or I can offer a discounted rate to my clients if they agree to enter into a long term service agreement.
