VKB Homes did our basement project for us, and we could not have been happier. From the time we met Rich and Misty, we knew this was the company and people we could trust to make our dream basement become reality. We were very pleased with the quality of work. Misty is wonderful to work with, and a design professional that organizes materials and makes creative and high quality design options for you to choose from, which is something we could not find with any other builder. The contractors were very professional and easy to deal with as well. We went more high end with our project, and VKB has decided to put our new basement in the 2017 Winter Parade of Homes! I would definitely recommend VKB Homes for your remodeling projects.

VKB Hoes did exactly what they said they would do!!! We are expecting twins and needed to finish the basement for the room. Josh the sales manager came and visited with us, we told him what we needed. He came up with a quick floor plan. We then discussed our budget and the number he gave us was exactly what we paid. Very straight forward and easy. VKB Homes was easy to work with, very friendly and professional. We will be using them again in the future. Very pleased customers.

VKB Homes did an excellent job in finishing my basement. From start to finish, the project ran on time and the contractors were professional and courteous. Rich and Misty were "partners" in both building and design and I could count on them to advise me in all areas from the initial design to custom finishing. If you desire quality craftsmen and a professional team to work with, I highly recommend VKB Homes.

VKB Homes We were so happy to work with VKB Homes for our kitchen and flooring remodel. From the initial quote to the final walk through they were responsive and easy to work with. They even completed the project sooner than the original estimated timeline after having to start 2 days late due to a snowstorm delay. The kitchen remodel included a new kitchen island, granite, backsplash, lighting, drywall updates and 900 sq ft of flooring. Working with Misty on the redesign was fun and she had great recommendations to ensure the new materials fit well with the cabinets we were keeping along with the rest of our home. Having the design support really made the remodel easier and gave me peace of mind that it would coordinate well. The team of workmen were clean, professional, courteous and dedicated to ensuring we were happy with their work. Their granite, flooring & electrical sub-contractors were skilled and helpful. I recommend VKB Homes and would use them again on future projects.

From start to finish we want to take the stress of the remodel off your shoulders and let you enjoy the exciting process, Amy. Part of the fun is the redesign process with Misty, which sounds like you appreciated. Always reassuring when we leave you feeling satisfied with the finished product. Don't hesitate to call if we can do anything else for you! -Rich H., Owner
