Brian has been amazing to work with. He is helping us remove/rebuild the walls for our kitchen remodel. He is quick and his work looks great! He helped us with our design on some places that we may have overlooked. Very fairly priced, we will certainly use him again if we ever need more remodeling!

After meeting with a number of contractors we decided to go with Passer ine to remodel our kitchen. The workmanship, price, and experience was great!! So we decided to have Pete back and he just finished our guest bathroom. I would recommend Pete to anyone and can't wait for him to be back to remodel our master bath.

I had the good fortune of discovering Roerdink Remodel through a business associate in the spring of 2017. At the time, what I needed was a handyman for a new investment property, and Dan Roerdink quickly showed his skill, professionalism, timeliness, insight, and good humor. Since then, I've purchased another investment property, this time a 2-Family, and Dan has become my right-hand man. He's done everything from plaster repair to custom carpentry, light electrical to plumbing, custom door framing / cutting / installation, window replacement, painting and lighting. Dan is truly an excellent contractor, a cut above the rest. Several of my clients in Property Management are now hiring him as well, with equally impressive results. If you're fortunate enough to find Dan with time in his schedule for your project, I would seize the opportunity! Feel free to contact me via Facebook for my business with any questions or to confirm the veracity of this review. - Kurt P. Coffin, Owner of Summit Property Management of Sheboygan.

Working with Steve was an amazing, POSITIVE contrast to previous contractors we've had in the house. We gave him a "test drive," by asking him to install a couple of windows. When we experienced his workmanship and dependability, we then contracted him to patch up the drywall and install the kitchen cabinets we had already ordered from another company. Dependable: Steve came when he said he would---or called when he was running late. He also went above and beyond what was "required" of him to do his job. We didn't have a car big enough to bring one of our windows home, so Steve picked it up for us, and brought it home! Quality of workmanship: His work was outstanding. Steve paid attention to big AND small details (leveling each of the cabinet doors!); carefully followed--or improved upon--the cabinet plans; touched up the paint that was scuffed when cabinets were installed; and cleaned up after himself every day. With the drywall, he took the time to go over it two or three times, until the new part was seamless with the old. With the window trim, he made a custom stain that beautifully coordinates the window trim to the cabinets, and gave me extra for our future use. Knowledgeable: He knows the code, and chooses to go beyond the minimum. He moved one of our windows, and told us the minimum header was eight inches. He chose to put in an ten inch header. When the rough work was done by the other contractors (plumber and electrician), he pointed out a couple of things that weren't up to code, and said we should be sure these details were done before the rough inspection. He helped me save thousands of dollars by walking me through how to be my own general contractor---at no cost to us. From time to time, Steve would even call me to see how things were progressing, and let me know the "next step," to keep things moving. He pointed out ways he could have saved me money on the cabinets, if I had ordered through him. We're hoping to do an addition on the house in a couple of years. When we do, we'll be calling this guy again. Thanks, Steve, for your outstanding workmanship! I LOVE our kitchen! :)

Lee has a wide range of building skills and has taken on several jobs in our home; from installing an exterior door, building a deck, and laying a ceramic tile floor, to remodeling our kitchen and building custom shelving. We are very happy with the results. Lee is reliable, trustworthy, and has an artistic eye for design. We look forward to hiring Lee for our next project.

Nicholas was great to work with. Nick assisted us with rebuilding our chimney, replacing an old light fixture, and replacing our side door. I hired A&N Contracting to oversee and manage the kitchen renovation project at the Chandelier Ballroom. The venue is listed on the national register of historic places so we had a number of hurdles to overcome. A&N Contracting was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and cost effective. From the time they presented me with the initial bid until the project was complete, they were thorough, timely, upfront and honest. All of their sub contractors followed suit as well. I felt completely comfortable working with them and will be hiring them for another project soon!
