I had a great experience with The Moving Friend. They came twice. I was moving furniture from one floor to another -- and then back -- to clear space for installation of wood flooring. Communication was strong, both setting things up and them being clear about the furniture to be moved. They did the work efficiency and smoothly. There was only one ding in the wall which they must not have seen before they left (nor did I). I was very satisfied; they did just what I needed.

I had a fantastic experience with Moving Forward! Joe was incredibly accommodating when it came to scheduling and gave me a very reasonable quote—which he stuck to. On moving day, he and Steven showed up right on time and were both efficient, careful, and kind. The job was to move my furniture just down the hall to a new apartment and they had it done in under an hour. Joe was a pleasure to work with—professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again or recommend Moving Forward to anyone looking for help with a move, big or small!

I originally hired Joe to help with a full apartment move, and he and his team did an awesome job from start to finish. Everything was handled with care, they were right on time, and communication was smooth the entire way. What really sets Joe apart is that he doesn’t just disappear after the move — I’ve continued to call on him for all kinds of things since then, from picking up large items from Home Depot and the furniture store to delivering stuff to storage units or helping assemble pieces I couldn’t manage on my own. Joe’s always professional, friendly, and responsive. I really appreciate how reliable he is — it’s hard to find people like that these days. I’m glad to have him as a go-to for anything that comes up. Highly recommend!
