- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is based on the custom needs of my client. I do have a price structure that I follow to get me to the final investment total but again it varies depending on the work involved with the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first contact a client I ask them several questions regarding their project so I have a clear understanding of what exactly they are looking for and if I can help them. I always prefer to meet with a new client so that we can get to know each other and we get comfortable with each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a large synthetic putting green dealer out in Scottsdale, AZ back in 2000. After training I sought other professionals in my area to get further knowledge of the tasks I would be performing on a daily basis. Since then I have taught myself mostly through questions other professionals around the country and by watching YouTube videos which has been very helpful.
