My name is Bill. I’m a 3rd generation contractor and have been doing this for over 25 years. Since I opened Emally’s Construction I have been driven by the knowledge and principles passed down to me by my father and grandfather. Even though the products and technology have changed over the years, the people haven’t. Homeowners still want an honest company that does quality work for a reasonable price. This is what we pride ourselves on. If you call for an estimate I'm the person you'll talk to. You get me every time. I have a full crew of talented people that have been with me for years. What I don’t have is a salesman. At no point do I want to sell you anything. It’s my job to inform you and arm you with knowledge so that you can make the proper decision that’s best for you. This is an “old school” idea that I believe is missing in today’s construction world. This means no empty promises. We put a plan together and I make sure it happens the way it’s supposed to. I know I’m being hired for my skill and knowledge and it’s my reputation on the line. Which is why we take every job very serious. I personally handle any issues a homeowner might have. Whether its a leak that needs to be fixed, a project alteration, or a schedule change so we don’t wake up a napping baby, it's me you get. I know how stressful it can be to do a home project and I never forget that. I do my very best to keep the project running smoothly. I pride myself on the trust my customers put in me. I never forget it’s people like you that keep me in business doing what I love to do.

We recently had our laundry room remodeled by Emally's Construction, and the transformation is amazing. The old room had limited storage and worn flooring, so we wanted to make better use of the space. The team installed new cabinets, durable flooring, shelving, and a countertop for folding clothes. They also made sure the washer and dryer were properly positioned, and everything looked neat when finished. The crew was friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best way I can put it is, "we're the cheapest guys that do it right"
We don't cut corners just to save a dollar and we don't add things that aren't necessary. We use quality materials from reputable suppliers. I do my best to provide options to get it done right while still staying within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Cost is always front and center for any homeowner. So, our first visit will be the free estimate. During this visit we discuss the project and the best option for the house and your budget. Once those things are agreed upon, we write up the contract that includes everything we discussed. Then we schedule a start date and get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience.
I'm a licensed general contractor. I've studied and worked on the
entire home structure. I keep up on all current building codes through
continuing education every year. I've also completed thousands of projects on a home top to bottom.
